Usage Policy
This Usage Policy explains, in plain terms, what you can and cannot do as a client or community member of CraftConfig.Studio: how to use your delivered files, how to behave in our Discord server and ticket system, and what happens if these rules are broken. It complements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Purpose & Scope
This Usage Policy sets the day-to-day rules of conduct for anyone interacting with CraftConfig.Studio: clients, prospective clients, trial users, and members of our official Discord server. It applies to our website, our Discord server and ticket system, and any deliverable produced as part of a service.
Where this Policy overlaps with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern as the binding legal agreement for any purchase; this Policy exists to make the practical, everyday expectations clear and easy to find in one place.
Permitted Use
CraftConfig.Studio exists to help you run a better server. The following actions are explicitly welcome and encouraged:
- Use of delivered filesInstalling, running, and maintaining the menus, translations, HUD systems, or configurations delivered to you, on the server they were built for, for as long as you like.
- Requesting the free trialClaiming your one (1) lifetime free sample: a menu concept sketch or a 5% translation sample, as described in Article 4 below.
- Opening support ticketsAsking questions, requesting a quote, reporting a bug within your support window, or asking for adjustments included in your plan.
- Sharing your own resultsShowing off your server, streaming it, or posting screenshots of the finished work as part of your own community's promotion.
- Providing honest feedbackLeaving a review of your experience, positive or negative, based on the actual service you received.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden. Some of these are also governed as binding legal clauses in our Terms of Service (see Article 4.4 and Article 7); this section restates them here in plain language alongside our community-conduct rules.
Reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing, or sublicensing any delivered menu, configuration, translation, or design: whether unmodified, rebranded, or partially altered: to any other server, individual, or third-party platform is strictly prohibited, whether offered for free or for payment.
Publicly leaking, dumping, or distributing raw configuration files, base templates, or in-progress work shared with you during a ticket: including on resource marketplaces, plugin repositories, forums, or other Discord servers: is strictly prohibited and treated as a serious breach of trust.
Harassment, toxicity, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks directed at any member of this community, including staff, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Initiating a false or unjustified chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after a service has been delivered, and fabricating, forging, or misrepresenting a purchase code, promo code, or proof of payment, are both treated as fraud and are strictly prohibited.
Additional prohibited actions include: creating alternate Discord accounts to bypass the free trial limit or any sanction; impersonating CraftConfig.Studio staff; spamming or flooding channels; and unsolicited advertising of your own services, servers, or products within our server or via direct message.
Free Trial Fair Use
The free trial exists so you can evaluate our quality before spending anything. To keep it sustainable and fair for everyone, it is subject to the following limits:
- One trial per person, everYou may request either a menu concept sketch or a 5% translation sample: not both, and not more than once, regardless of how many accounts or servers you use.
- No obligation to purchaseReceiving your trial sample places you under no obligation to buy a full plan. There is no pressure and no follow-up sales requirement.
- Not a substitute for a paid planThe trial is intentionally limited in scope. Requesting additional free work beyond the sample, or pressuring staff for extra unpaid tasks, falls under Article 3 above.
Official Payment Methods
PayPal is the only official payment gateway used by CraftConfig.Studio. All payments, whether processed through our website checkout or arranged directly through a Discord ticket, are handled exclusively through PayPal's secure checkout. We never ask for your full card number, banking password, or any other sensitive payment credential directly.
Any request to pay through a method other than our official PayPal checkout, or from someone claiming to represent CraftConfig.Studio outside of an official ticket, should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately through a new ticket.
Enforcement & Sanctions
Violations of this Policy are addressed proportionally to their severity. As a general guide:
Reselling, file leaking, fraudulent chargebacks, and fake purchase codes are treated as critical violations: they result in an immediate, permanent ban from our Discord server and a permanent blacklist from any future service, without a prior warning, and may be reported to the relevant platform (PayPal, Discord) with supporting evidence. Minor issues, such as a first instance of impatience or a misunderstanding, are typically addressed with a warning first. CraftConfig.Studio reserves the right to apply a stricter sanction than listed above when the severity of the case warrants it.
Relationship to Other Policies
CraftConfig.Studio maintains three separate documents, each with a distinct purpose:

If any provision of this Usage Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service take precedence for any matter of a binding legal or financial nature.
