Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains, in full detail, what information CraftConfig.Studio collects when you interact with our website, our official Discord server, any commissioned service, or the purchase of a pre-made menu template, how that information and any files you share with us are used, protected, and eventually deleted, and what rights you hold over your own data.

Information We Collect
CraftConfig.Studio collects only the information that is reasonably necessary to communicate with you, process your order, and deliver the specific Minecraft configuration, translation, or optimization service you have requested. We do not operate a public sign-up form, a customer account system, or any tracking mechanism beyond what is described below. All information listed in this article is collected either directly through our official Discord server or voluntarily submitted by the Client as part of the order process.
The list below describes what we collect for commissioned services. Purchasing a pre-made menu template through this website is a much lighter-weight interaction: see the dedicated note at the end of this Article for what is (and isn't) collected in that case.
- Discord identifiersYour Discord User ID, username, and display name, which are automatically visible to us the moment you join our official Discord server or open a support/order ticket, as is standard for any Discord-based service.
- Server & software detailsTechnical information you provide about your Minecraft server, including the Minecraft version in use, the server software (such as Paper, Purpur, or Velocity), the list of installed plugins relevant to your order, and any related technical specifications necessary to complete the service.
- Screenshots & error logsScreenshots, console logs, error traces, or crash reports that you voluntarily share with us to illustrate a bug, an error, or a desired visual outcome for your order.
- Configuration & language filesThe configuration files, language files, plugin files, or any other file you voluntarily upload or send to us for the purpose of translation, optimization, menu design, or any other contracted service.
- Order & payment metadataBasic transactional metadata related to your order: such as the plan purchased, the amount paid, the payment method used, and the date of the transaction: as further described in Article 4. This does not include sensitive financial credentials, which we never receive.
For translation or configuration work, Clients are encouraged to submit one organized ZIP file containing only
the files required for the order. Where helpful, the ZIP may include an instructions.txt file with
the source and target languages, software version, related plugins, preferred style, and a list of commands,
permissions, placeholders, variables, paths, or configuration keys that must remain unchanged. Large projects
may be divided into related batches so that each group can be processed and reviewed with the appropriate
context.
Clients must not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, database credentials, .env
files, payment credentials, or other sensitive material that is not necessary for the requested translation or
configuration service. Clients should retain an original copy before uploading files. Submitting fewer relevant
files helps minimize the personal and technical data processed for the order.
We do not knowingly collect information beyond what is described above. We do not request, and you should never send us, government identification numbers, home addresses, full financial account credentials, or any other sensitive personal data that is not directly necessary to complete a Minecraft configuration service.
When you purchase a pre-made menu template, no Discord ticket is opened, and we do not request or receive your Discord identifiers, your server's plugin list, or any configuration files from you: the entire transaction happens on this website. In that case, we only receive the order and payment metadata described above (the template purchased, the amount paid, the payment method used, and the transaction date), plus whatever information our payment processor shares with us as described in Article 4. The delivered template file is made available through a protected download link only after the payment processor confirms the payment and our automated webhook records the order as paid. A short confirmation wait may occur on the success page while this verification completes; no team member accesses your server or files as part of a template purchase.
How We Use Your Information
Every piece of information and every file described in Article 1 is used exclusively for the purpose of completing the specific service you have contracted, or for the limited administrative purposes described below. CraftConfig.Studio does not use Client data or files for any purpose beyond these.
- Translation workLanguage files and configuration text you provide are used solely to perform the English-to-Spanish or Spanish-to-English translation you have requested, within the environment of your own order.
- Optimization & menu designConfiguration and plugin files you provide are used solely to diagnose, restructure, and build the menus, HUD systems, or optimizations you have requested for your own server.
- Technical supportScreenshots, logs, and server details you share are used solely to diagnose and resolve the specific issue you have reported, whether during active development or within the post-delivery warranty period described in our Terms of Service.
- Order communicationYour Discord identifiers are used solely to communicate with you regarding your order status, delivery, revisions, and any follow-up questions necessary to complete the service.
In addition to direct service fulfillment, we may retain minimal transactional metadata (such as order dates and amounts, without sensitive financial credentials) for internal bookkeeping, to honor the applicable post-delivery warranty period, and to maintain the evidentiary logs described in our Terms of Service for fraud-prevention purposes. This administrative use is strictly internal and is never used for marketing profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to your order.
We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing messages. Any announcement regarding new plans, pricing, or availability is made publicly within our Discord server, not through direct, individually targeted messaging based on your personal data.
File Security & Strict Confidentiality
We understand that the files you share with us: your server's configuration files, plugin setups, and internal structure: represent real work, real investment, and often a competitive identity for your community. Protecting that material is treated as a foundational obligation of CraftConfig.Studio, not an afterthought.
CraftConfig.Studio will never sell, rent, leak, publicly distribute, or share your private files, your server's database structures, your plugin configurations, or any other material you entrust to us with any third party, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, under any circumstance, except where strictly required by applicable law or a valid legal order from a competent authority.
Files shared with CraftConfig.Studio are handled within a controlled, access-limited development environment. Access to Client files is restricted to the team member(s) actively working on that specific order. Files are not uploaded to public repositories, public cloud-sharing links, or any platform indexed by search engines.
Where CraftConfig.Studio wishes to showcase completed work in its public portfolio (as referenced in our Terms of Service), only visual screenshots of the finished in-game result are used: never the Client's raw configuration files, database contents, server IP, or any other private technical material. If a Client requests full confidentiality of even the visual result, that request will be honored when communicated in writing at the time of the order.
Any individual working on behalf of CraftConfig.Studio who is granted access to Client files is bound by the same confidentiality standard described in this article. Misuse, leakage, or unauthorized distribution of Client material by any team member is treated as a severe breach of internal policy.
Third-Party Services & Transactions
All financial transactions related to a CraftConfig.Studio order are processed externally through Dodo Payments, which acts as our authorized payment processor and operates independently of our systems. Depending on availability, Dodo may present card, wallet, or other supported payment methods at checkout.
CraftConfig.Studio does not collect, store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, bank account credentials, or any other sensitive payment information. All payment data is captured inside secure checkout components or redirects provided by Dodo Payments. These components are isolated from our website's payment-handling logic and our servers.
The only information we receive is a secure payment token and a transaction status (e.g., PAID, PENDING, REJECTED), payment method type, and a transaction or payment reference: never the underlying payment data itself. For full details on how Dodo Payments handles your payment data, please refer to its Privacy Policy.
What we do receive, and retain as transactional metadata, is limited to confirmation that a payment was made, the amount paid, the date of the transaction, and, where relevant, a reference or transaction ID used to confirm your order: never the underlying payment instrument itself. We encourage all Clients to review Dodo Payments' privacy policy for details on how it handles payment data on its end.
Data Retention
After delivering your completed order, CraftConfig.Studio retains a private backup copy of your delivered configuration files for a limited period. This backup exists for one primary reason: to allow us to quickly and accurately provide the post-delivery warranty support described in our Terms of Service: for example, to compare your live files against the originally delivered version when diagnosing a reported bug, or to re-issue a file if something is accidentally lost on your end during the warranty window.
Once the applicable warranty period for your order has concluded, your files are scheduled for removal from our private backup systems as part of our routine data cleanup cycle. We do not retain Client configuration files indefinitely, and we do not repurpose old backups for any use unrelated to the original order.
Regardless of the retention timeline described above, you have the right to request the immediate and permanent deletion of your files and personal information from our systems at any time, including before the routine cleanup cycle would otherwise occur. To exercise this right, simply open a ticket in our official Discord server, as described in Article 7, and our team will confirm deletion once processed. Please note that requesting deletion before your warranty period ends may limit our ability to assist with future bug reports tied to that specific order, as we will no longer hold a reference copy of the delivered files.
Security Compliance & Discord Etiquette
All official communication, order tracking, and file exchange between CraftConfig.Studio and its Clients takes place through our official Discord server and its ticket system. We do not conduct business through personal direct messages initiated outside of an official ticket, unofficial social media accounts, or any channel not explicitly linked from our official website.
Because your order history, shared files, and ticket conversations live within your Discord account, the security of that account directly affects the privacy of your data with us. We strongly recommend that every Client take the following precautions:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)Activate Discord's built-in two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your account, and therefore to your private tickets and shared files, even if your password is ever compromised.
- Never share your login credentialsCraftConfig.Studio staff will never ask for your Discord password, email verification codes, or account recovery codes. Any message requesting these is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
- Verify staff identityConfirm that any team member you are speaking with holds an official staff role within our Discord server before sharing sensitive files or making payment, to avoid impersonation scams.
- Report suspicious activityIf you notice unauthorized access to your ticket, unexpected messages, or any suspicious behavior involving your account within our server, report it to our staff immediately.
On our end, CraftConfig.Studio maintains restricted staff access to ticket channels, does not forward private ticket contents outside the platform except as strictly necessary to fulfill the service (for example, transferring a file internally between team members working on the same order), and applies the confidentiality standard described in Article 3 to every conversation and file exchanged within Discord.
Contact Information
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise any of the rights described above: including requesting a copy of the information we hold about you, requesting the permanent deletion of your files, or raising a security concern: the process is the same and always begins in one place.
Refund-related requests are handled through the Formal Refund Request process. The form asks only for information reasonably needed to identify and review the order. It must not be used to submit card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, API keys, banking credentials, or other sensitive secrets. Where necessary to investigate a transaction, relevant order metadata may be shared with Dodo Payments or the applicable payment processor, subject to the processor's own privacy terms and applicable law.
Open an official ticket within the CraftConfig.Studio Discord server and clearly state that your request relates to privacy or data protection. Our team will respond, verify your identity as the Client associated with the relevant order, and process your request as promptly as possible.
- Your Discord username and, if known, the ticket number or order reference associated with your request.
- A clear description of what you are requesting (e.g., "please permanently delete my configuration files from your backups").
- Any additional context that helps us locate the correct order, such as the approximate date of purchase or the plan tier acquired.
We aim to acknowledge all privacy-related requests within 5 business days and to complete deletion or access requests within 15 calendar days of confirming your identity as the relevant Client, unless a longer period is strictly necessary and you are informed of the reason. This Privacy Policy works together with our Terms of Service, which governs the broader commercial relationship between you and CraftConfig.Studio.
Children's Privacy
CraftConfig.Studio’s services are strictly intended for users who meet the minimum legal age of digital consent required by their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect, request, or maintain personal information from children under their jurisdiction's legal age without explicit, verifiable prior parental consent.
If we discover, or are notified, that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor without the proper prior consent of their parent or legal guardian, we will take immediate steps to permanently delete that information from our records and servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your authorization, please contact us immediately by opening a ticket on our Discord server so we can promptly address the issue.
International Transfers & Your Rights
Because CraftConfig.Studio operates through Discord and relies on Dodo Payments for payment processing, your Discord identifiers, ticket messages, and transactional metadata may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where these providers operate. We rely on the safeguards and certifications maintained by these providers for such transfers and only share the minimum information necessary described in Article 1.
If you are located in Chile, you hold the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, and portability (derechos ARCOP) over your personal data, as recognized under Chile's data protection framework, including Law No. 21.719 on the Protection of Personal Data (in force as of December 1, 2026). You may exercise any of these rights at any time using the process described in Article 7. Clients located in other jurisdictions may hold equivalent rights under their own applicable law, which CraftConfig.Studio will honor to the extent required.
Data Controller Identification
The party responsible for the processing of your personal data described in this Privacy Policy (the "data controller") is xUnknowns, with a registered address at Sanchez 15. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, as further described in Article 11 of our Terms of Service.
