Terms of Service
This document sets out the binding rules that govern every interaction between CraftConfig.Studio and its clients, including access to our Discord server, browsing of this website, and the purchase of any configuration, translation, or optimization service, or any pre-made menu template sold through this website. Please read it carefully before requesting a service, buying a template, or making a payment.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms," "Agreement," or "Policy") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client," "the User," or "you") and CraftConfig.Studio ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service"), a Minecraft server configuration, translation, and optimization service that also sells pre-made, ready-to-use menu templates through this website. This Agreement governs your access to and use of any and all touchpoints of CraftConfig.Studio, including but not limited to our official website, our official Discord server, any ticket-based support system operated within that Discord server, and any commissioned, contracted, or purchased service or template of any kind.
By performing any of the following actions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by the entirety of this Agreement, without exception, reservation, or partial acceptance:
- Joining our Discord serverAccessing, reading, or participating in any channel of the official CraftConfig.Studio Discord constitutes acknowledgment of these Terms and of the server's community rules.
- Browsing this websiteContinued use of this website beyond the homepage, including viewing our portfolio, plans, or pricing, constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
- Opening a support or order ticketInitiating contact with our team through a ticket, direct message, or any other channel to request information or a quote is treated as informed engagement with a commercial service governed by these Terms.
- Starting a purchaseClicking the purchase or checkout button, submitting an order, or completing payment for any product constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Usage Policy. If you do not agree with those policies, do not proceed with the purchase.
If you do not agree with any provision contained in this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of our website, leave the Discord server, and refrain from requesting or purchasing any service. Your continued interaction with CraftConfig.Studio after any revision to these Terms (see Article 9) constitutes renewed acceptance of the updated Agreement. No employee, moderator, or representative of CraftConfig.Studio has the authority to waive, amend, or override any clause of this Agreement on an individual basis, whether verbally or in writing, unless such modification is issued in an official, dated addendum published through our official channels.
This Agreement applies equally to individual clients, server administrators, network owners, community managers, and any third party who commissions work on behalf of another party. Where a Client contracts a service on behalf of a third party (such as a server owner commissioning work for a community), the Client remains fully and personally responsible for compliance with this Agreement, and it is the Client's sole responsibility to communicate the relevant provisions of this Agreement to that third party.
Scope of Services
CraftConfig.Studio provides two distinct types of offerings: specialized, human-performed digital configuration services for Minecraft servers (described in 2.1 through 2.5 below), and pre-made, ready-to-use menu templates sold as-is through this website (described in 2.7). Our commissioned services are strictly limited to the categories described below, and any request falling outside these categories must be explicitly discussed, scoped, and quoted separately before work begins.
We design, build, and configure interactive in-game menus using plugins such as DeluxeMenus, ChestCommands, and functionally equivalent GUI-management plugins. This includes the creation of shop menus, warp selectors, rank menus, game-mode selectors, player profile menus, and any other clickable graphical interface rendered through a Minecraft inventory. Configuration includes item icons, lore, click-actions, requirement logic (permissions, currency, or points), pagination, and integration with third-party plugins where applicable.
We translate configuration files, language files, and any player-facing text of Minecraft plugins from English to Spanish, or from Spanish to English, depending on the plan and scope purchased. This includes error messages, permission-denied messages, GUI text, chat formats, command outputs, and any string visible to players in-game. Translation work is performed with contextual and idiomatic accuracy, not literal or machine-only translation, though automated tools may be used as a starting aid at our discretion.
We review, restructure, and optimize existing configuration files (YAML, JSON, and other supported formats) to correct syntax errors, remove redundant or conflicting entries, improve readability, and reduce the risk of server-side errors or performance issues directly attributable to malformed configuration files. Optimization does not include server hardware performance tuning, JVM flag configuration, or network infrastructure services, none of which are offered by CraftConfig.Studio.
We design and configure sidebar scoreboards and TAB list ("Tab List") displays using plugins compatible with the client's server software, integrating dynamic variables (such as those provided by PlaceholderAPI), animations, sorting logic, and visual branding consistent with the client's server identity.
All work described above is performed on one of the following bases, as agreed in the corresponding order ticket:
- Client-provided files: The Client supplies their existing plugin files, configuration files, or server export, and CraftConfig.Studio modifies, translates, or rebuilds upon that material.
- Clean base files: CraftConfig.Studio provides a clean, pre-structured base configuration developed internally, which is then customized according to the Client's specifications.
CraftConfig.Studio reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate work on any file that is corrupted, obtained through unauthorized or pirated means, contains malicious code, or otherwise falls outside the scope of a legitimate Minecraft server configuration project, without obligation to explain the technical basis of such refusal beyond a general statement of the issue.
All services are compatible only with server software officially supported at the time of contracting, generally including Paper, Purpur, and Velocity, and their respective forks or derivatives, unless otherwise specified in the plan description or explicitly agreed upon in the order ticket. Compatibility with other server software (such as Spigot, Bukkit, Forge, Fabric, or proprietary/closed-source software) is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
The plans shown on the website are intentionally limited packages for one server or one game mode. They do not include unlimited translation, complete network administration, full BungeeCord or Velocity migrations, server hosting management, or ongoing administration. Current plan limits are generally one small plugin or focused adjustment for Budget, up to two plugins and one focused menu or GUI edit for Standard, up to four related plugins and two related menus for Advanced, and up to six plugins, three related menus, and one selected visual system for Supreme Crafters. Each plan is also subject to the revision and support limits shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Work outside the purchased scope, including additional files, extra menus, complete network work, or ongoing administration, must be approved and quoted separately before it begins. A lower plan price does not expand the included scope, and the Client may not treat a plan as a promise to review or modify an entire server.
Separately from the commissioned services above, CraftConfig.Studio sells pre-made, ready-to-use menu template files (such as, but not limited to, rules menus, main-menu hubs, and warp menus) directly through the "Templates" section of this website. Unlike a commissioned service, a template purchase:
- Is not personalizedTemplates are sold in their existing, pre-built form. No Discord ticket, requirements-gathering step, or custom work is included in the listed price unless a separate commissioned service is purchased on top of it.
- Is delivered automatically after confirmationAfter payment, Dodo Payments sends a confirmation to our automated webhook. The order-confirmation page may show a short waiting screen while the payment is verified. Once the order is marked as paid, the protected template download button appears automatically. Do not close the page during this short confirmation step.
- Is limited to the compatibility stated on the product pageEach template is built and tested only for the specific menu plugin(s) listed on its product page at the time of purchase (for example, DeluxeMenus only, or DeluxeMenus and CommandPanels). We do not guarantee compatibility with any plugin not explicitly listed.
Client Responsibilities
The successful, timely, and accurate delivery of any CraftConfig.Studio service depends directly on the Client's cooperation. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following obligations, the breach of which may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or termination of the order without refund, as further described in Article 5.
To make translation and configuration work faster, safer, and easier to review, Clients should send the required material as one organized ZIP file rather than as a large collection of unrelated messages or individual attachments. The ZIP should contain only the files necessary for the purchased service. A practical structure is:
project-name/
├── files-to-translate/
├── reference/ (optional screenshots or context)
└── instructions.txt
The optional instructions.txt should state the source language, target language, Minecraft version,
server software, related plugins, desired style, and any elements that must remain unchanged. Clients should
identify commands, permissions, placeholders, variables, file paths, color codes, and configuration keys that
must not be translated.
Large projects may be divided into related batches, such as messages, menus, items, or help files. This helps preserve context, reduces processing errors, and makes it easier to review or correct a specific group without repeating the entire order. Clients should keep an original copy of every submitted file before work begins.
- Accurate and complete informationThe Client must provide truthful, precise, and complete information regarding their server, including but not limited to its current setup, installed plugins, known conflicts, and desired outcome. Misrepresentation or omission of relevant technical information that leads to rework is the Client's responsibility, not CraftConfig.Studio's.
- Correct software and version disclosureThe Client must specify the exact Minecraft version and server software in use (e.g., Paper 1.20.4, Purpur 1.21, Velocity 3.x) prior to the commencement of work. Configuration files are version- and software-specific; failure to disclose the correct environment may render delivered files incompatible, and any resulting correction may be billed as an out-of-scope revision under Article 6.
- Respectful and timely communicationThe Client must communicate with our team through official Discord tickets in a respectful, harassment-free, and professional manner at all times. Abusive language, threats, spamming of channels, or disrespectful conduct toward any member of CraftConfig.Studio may result in immediate suspension of the order and forfeiture of any right to a refund.
- Timely delivery of required assetsWhere a service requires files, credentials, textures, branding assets, or answers to clarifying questions from the Client, the Client must provide these within a reasonable timeframe. Estimated delivery windows described in Article 6 are calculated from the moment all necessary assets and information have been received in full, not from the moment the order was placed.
- Lawful use of the serviceThe Client warrants that the server, plugins, and files involved in the order are used and obtained lawfully, and that the Client holds the necessary rights or licenses to request modification of the supplied material.
Failure to meet these responsibilities in a manner that materially delays or obstructs the completion of an order does not extend any warranty period described in Article 6, and does not entitle the Client to any discount, priority treatment, or refund.
Payment Policy & Fraud Prevention
CraftConfig.Studio processes website payments through Dodo Payments, our authorized payment processor. Depending on availability and location, Dodo Payments may offer credit or debit cards, digital wallets, or other supported payment methods through its secure checkout flow.
Card and wallet payments are entered through secure checkout components provided by Dodo Payments. CraftConfig.Studio does not receive, transmit, or store PAN, CVV, expiration dates, bank credentials, or other sensitive payment credentials. Dodo Payments processes the payment and returns only the order status and transaction references needed to confirm fulfillment. CraftConfig.Studio never receives, transmits, stores, or has any access to your card data.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the Client's country of residence and are confirmed at the point of checkout. CraftConfig.Studio reserves the right to modify available payment options at any time without prior notice. A successful checkout may be followed by a short confirmation wait while the payment webhook verifies the order; template buyers should keep the success page open until the protected download button appears.
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing within the order ticket, all services are paid in advance, in full, prior to the commencement of any work. For higher-tier or custom-scope projects, CraftConfig.Studio may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial deposit arrangement (e.g., 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or a milestone-based schedule). Any such arrangement is valid only if explicitly confirmed in the corresponding ticket and is not a standing right of the Client for future orders.
Prospective Clients are encouraged to contact CraftConfig.Studio through Discord before paying if they are unsure about the scope, compatibility, workload, or expected result. Discussion before purchase is welcome and does not create an obligation to buy. Once a custom order is accepted, however, work begins only after the applicable advance payment or deposit has been received and the agreed scope is recorded in the order ticket.
Recognizing that advance payment carries inherent risk for the Client, CraftConfig.Studio offers a 100% Risk-Free Trial prior to any payment obligation, allowing prospective clients to evaluate our quality, communication, and general fit for their project before committing financially. The existence and availability of this trial is a material factor in the enforceability of the no-refund policy described in Article 5, as it eliminates the need for a post-payment refund mechanism.
CraftConfig.Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward payment fraud, unjustified disputes, and chargebacks. All transactions, ticket conversations, delivered files, and timestamps are logged and retained as evidentiary records for the duration required by applicable law and by our payment processors' policies.
In the event that a Client initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal without first exhausting good-faith communication with CraftConfig.Studio through the appropriate support ticket, or initiates such a dispute despite having received the contracted service in accordance with these Terms, the following consequences apply automatically and cumulatively:
- Immediate cancellation of the service in question, including forfeiture of any pending deliverables, revisions, or warranty coverage.
- Permanent ban from all CraftConfig.Studio platforms, including our Discord server, and refusal of any future service request.
- Formal legal action may be pursued through the applicable payment processor's resolution channels and, where warranted, through civil or criminal proceedings, supported by the complete log of evidence retained by CraftConfig.Studio (ticket transcripts, delivered files, timestamps, and payment confirmations).
This clause applies regardless of the payment method used and is not diminished by the Client's subjective dissatisfaction with a delivered service that otherwise conforms to the agreed scope. Clients who believe a service was not delivered as agreed must raise the issue directly with CraftConfig.Studio through an official ticket before pursuing any external dispute mechanism.
4.4.1: Justified Disputes. The consequences described above apply only to disputes, chargebacks, or reversals that are unjustified: that is, initiated despite the Client having received the contracted service in conformity with these Terms, or without first attempting good-faith resolution through an official ticket. Where CraftConfig.Studio has failed to deliver the contracted service, has delivered a service that materially deviates from the agreed scope, or where applicable consumer-protection law entitles the Client to a refund, initiating a dispute through the Client's payment provider does not trigger cancellation, banning, or legal action under this clause. In such cases, CraftConfig.Studio will cooperate with the payment processor's resolution process in good faith.
By placing an order and completing a payment through our website, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum legal age of digital consent required by your country of residence, or that you have obtained the explicit, verifiable prior consent of your parent or legal guardian to make the purchase. If you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, your legal guardian must oversee and approve the transaction before it is made.
CraftConfig.Studio accepts all payments in good faith, assuming they are made by authorized users or with prior parental authorization. If a payment is made by a minor without the knowledge or consent of their legal guardian, CraftConfig.Studio accepts no liability for the underlying misrepresentation and reserves the right to pursue any remedy available under applicable law against the responsible party.
This good-faith assumption does not override any right the minor's parent or legal guardian may hold, under applicable consumer-protection law or under the policies of our payment processor (Dodo Payments), to request a reversal of an unauthorized transaction. Where such a right exists and is validly exercised, CraftConfig.Studio will process the resulting reversal through the relevant processor without treating it as an unjustified dispute under Article 4.4, without prejudice to CraftConfig.Studio's own right to recover losses directly from the responsible minor or their guardian where permitted by law.
No-Refund Policy
All commissioned services offered by CraftConfig.Studio are digital, intangible, and fully personalized to each individual Client's server, files, and specifications. Once technical analysis, development, translation, or configuration work has commenced on an order, that labor cannot be "returned," undone, or resold to another party, unlike a physical or standardized digital good. For this reason, the following policy applies in full to commissioned services. Section 5.5 below sets out the separate, but equally strict, no-refund policy that applies to pre-made menu template purchases.
Once CraftConfig.Studio has begun the technical analysis of the Client's files or the development process of the contracted service, and especially once the final digital file has been delivered, no refund, partial or total, will be issued under any circumstance.
The only exception to this policy is if the final delivered product materially deviates from the agreed-upon initial order specifications, and CraftConfig.Studio is unable or unwilling to correct the deviation during the warranty period. Refunds will not be issued for: a change of mind by the Client, the Client no longer requiring the service, the Client's server closing or being sold, or the Client finding an alternative provider mid-project.
This policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Article limits any non-waivable right to a refund, withdrawal, or remedy granted to the Client under mandatory consumer-protection legislation applicable in the Client's jurisdiction (including, where applicable, Chile's Ley N.º 19.496 on Consumer Rights Protection). Where such a mandatory right applies, this Article shall be read as limited to the extent strictly necessary to comply with it, and all other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.
Configuration, translation, and design work performed by CraftConfig.Studio is bespoke intellectual labor applied directly to the Client's unique server environment. It cannot be repackaged or resold, and the time invested by our team cannot be recovered once spent. A no-refund model is standard across the freelance digital services industry for precisely this reason, and is not unique or unusual to CraftConfig.Studio.
To offset the absence of a post-payment refund mechanism, CraftConfig.Studio offers a 100% Risk-Free Trial before any payment is requested. This trial period allows the prospective Client to assess communication quality, workflow, and general expectations without financial commitment. Clients are strongly encouraged to make full use of this trial period and to ask any and all questions prior to payment, as the trial: not a post-payment refund: is the mechanism through which risk is mitigated under this Agreement.
The only circumstance under which CraftConfig.Studio may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial or full refund is where CraftConfig.Studio itself has failed to begin any work whatsoever on the order within the committed timeframe and the Client wishes to withdraw the order prior to any analysis or development having taken place. Such consideration is discretionary, evaluated case-by-case, and does not constitute a standing right of the Client.
A Client who believes a refund review may be appropriate must first contact CraftConfig.Studio through Discord in good faith. If the matter is not resolved through clarification or an in-scope correction, the Client may complete the Formal Refund Request. The form requests the Order ID, payment reference, item, reason, requested resolution, and supporting evidence. It must never contain a card number, CVV, password, API key, banking credential, or other secret.
Submission of the form starts an internal review; it does not guarantee approval. Where reasonably necessary, relevant transaction information may be shared with Dodo Payments or another payment processor to investigate the payment and support a valid resolution. Any refund is handled only through the original payment processor or another officially approved channel, never through an informal direct transfer. A request may be reviewed with the payment processor where the transaction record or processor rules make that necessary.
If a refund is exceptionally approved after a digital template or commissioned deliverable has been made available, the Client's license to use the refunded material ends to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Client must stop using it, delete all copies, and confirm deletion when requested. A refund does not by itself transfer or create intellectual-property rights in favor of the Client, and CraftConfig.Studio retains its underlying rights unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. This clause does not override any non-waivable consumer or intellectual-property right applicable to the transaction.
Pre-made menu templates (see Article 2.7) are a distinct product from commissioned services: they are standardized, off-the-shelf digital goods sold identically to every buyer, not bespoke labor performed on a Client's specific server. The no-refund reasoning in this Article nonetheless applies to templates in full, for a different reason: once a template's download link has been generated and made available on the order-confirmation page, the digital file has been delivered in its entirety and cannot be "returned." As with commissioned services, no refund, partial or total, will be issued for a template purchase once the download link has been made available, except where the delivered file materially fails to match the compatibility and contents stated on its product page at the time of purchase, or where mandatory consumer-protection legislation applicable in the Client's jurisdiction grants a non-waivable right to a refund (see the highlighted policy above, which applies equally here). Before purchasing, Clients are responsible for confirming that the template is compatible with their installed plugin(s), as stated on the product page.
Delivery Times & Revisions
This Article governs commissioned services only. Pre-made menu templates (Article 2.7) are delivered through an automated protected-download flow after successful payment confirmation. A short webhook confirmation wait may occur, and templates are not subject to the delivery windows or revision process described below.
Delivery times vary according to the scope, complexity, and plan tier contracted. Current estimates generally range from 1–2 days for Budget, 2–3 days for Standard, 3–5 days for Advanced, and 5–7 days for Supreme Crafters from the moment all required files and information have been received from the Client in full. These windows are estimates based on typical project complexity and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly confirmed as such in the order ticket. Delivery times may be extended in cases of unusually complex requests, incomplete information from the Client, high order volume, or circumstances beyond CraftConfig.Studio's reasonable control.
Following the delivery of the completed service, CraftConfig.Studio provides a post-delivery warranty period during which the Client may report minor errors or bugs directly attributable to our configuration work, to be corrected at no additional cost. The length of this warranty period depends on the plan tier purchased, generally ranging between 48 hours and 1 week, as specified in the corresponding plan description at the time of purchase.
This warranty is strictly limited to correcting errors or bugs in the configuration delivered. It does not include adding new features, expanding the scope, translating new files, or implementing post-delivery ideas for free. "Minor errors or bugs" refers strictly to functional defects within the scope of the original order: for example, a menu button not executing its intended command, a translated string displaying incorrectly, or a scoreboard variable failing to update: that result from an error in CraftConfig.Studio's configuration work, as opposed to issues introduced by the Client's own subsequent changes or by third-party plugins.
- Scope changesAny request that alters, expands, or replaces the original scope agreed upon at the time of purchase: such as adding new menus, translating additional plugins not originally included, or requesting a different visual design: is considered a new, out-of-scope request and will be quoted and billed separately.
- Requests made after the warranty periodAny correction or adjustment requested after the applicable warranty window has elapsed will be treated as a new paid request, regardless of whether it relates to the original order.
- Issues caused by Client modificationsErrors introduced because the Client edited, overwrote, or reconfigured the delivered files after delivery are not covered by the warranty.
- Third-party plugin conflictsMalfunctions caused by plugins installed by the Client after delivery, or by undisclosed plugins that were not part of the original scope, fall outside the warranty and outside CraftConfig.Studio's responsibility.
Reasonable revisions requested during the active development phase of an order: that is, before final delivery: are generally included within the contracted price, provided they remain within the original scope of the order. Excessive, repeated, or scope-expanding revision requests during development may, at CraftConfig.Studio's discretion, be treated as a scope change subject to an additional charge.
Intellectual Property & Resale Ban
Upon full payment and final delivery, the specific configuration files created or modified for the Client's commissioned order become the property of the Client, for use exclusively on the Client's own Minecraft server or network as identified at the time of the order. The Client is free to use, modify, and maintain these delivered files on that server indefinitely.
Pre-made menu templates (Article 2.7) are licensed, not sold outright: upon payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased template file on any Minecraft server or network that the Client personally owns or operates, and to modify the file for use on those servers. This license does not extend to servers or networks owned or operated by third parties, whether for free or for payment, which is governed by the resale ban in Article 7.3 below.
Notwithstanding the above, the Client acquires no rights whatsoever over the following, which remain the exclusive intellectual property of CraftConfig.Studio at all times:
- Underlying design methodologyThe visual design language, layout structures, and configuration methodologies developed and refined by CraftConfig.Studio across its portfolio, independent of any single delivered file.
- Clean base configurationsAny proprietary "clean base" files developed internally by CraftConfig.Studio and used as a starting point for client customization, as described in Article 2.5.
- Branding and portfolio materialsScreenshots, previews, and descriptions of completed work used by CraftConfig.Studio for portfolio and marketing purposes, which we retain the right to showcase unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing at the time of order.
It is strictly prohibited for the Client, or any third party who gains access to the delivered files, to resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, or copy the menu designs, base configurations, translated files, or underlying methodologies of CraftConfig.Studio to any other server, individual, or third-party platform: including but not limited to resource marketplaces, plugin repositories, forums, Discord servers, or any other distribution channel, whether offered for free or for payment.
This restriction applies even where the Client has modified, rebranded, or partially altered the delivered material. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension from all CraftConfig.Studio platforms, forfeiture of any remaining warranty coverage, and pursuit of any remedy available under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition law.
Limitation of Liability
CraftConfig.Studio provides configuration, translation, and optimization services to the best of its professional ability, and stands behind the quality of its delivered work through the warranty periods described in Article 6. However, CraftConfig.Studio operates strictly on the configuration layer of the Client's server and does not control, host, or manage the Client's server infrastructure. Accordingly, CraftConfig.Studio shall not be held liable for the following:
- Post-delivery mishandlingAny malfunction, data loss, or server failure resulting from the Client's own subsequent editing, misconfiguration, or mishandling of the delivered files after the warranty period has been signed off, or in a manner inconsistent with the delivered documentation.
- Undisclosed third-party plugin incompatibilitiesConflicts or malfunctions arising from third-party plugins installed on the Client's server that were not disclosed to CraftConfig.Studio at the time of the order, or that were installed by the Client after delivery.
- Hosting provider failuresServer downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by the Client's hosting provider, including but not limited to hardware failure, network outages, host-side misconfiguration, or termination of hosting services.
- Account suspensions by Mojang or MicrosoftAny suspension, banning, or termination of the Client's Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft account, or of the Client's server license, imposed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation for any reason, including reasons unrelated to the services provided by CraftConfig.Studio.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftConfig.Studio's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for that specific order. Under no circumstances shall CraftConfig.Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of players, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use any delivered service.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by CraftConfig.Studio. The limitations above apply only to the fullest extent such liability may lawfully be limited.
Services are provided on an "as configured" basis in accordance with the information and files supplied by the Client at the time of the order. CraftConfig.Studio makes no warranty that the delivered configuration will be free of all possible future conflicts with plugins, updates, or server software released after the date of delivery.
Amendments to Terms
CraftConfig.Studio reserves the right to modify, update, expand, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice to each Client, in order to reflect changes in our services, pricing structure, accepted payment methods, applicable law, or general business operations.
The "Last revised" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent update to this Agreement. It is the sole responsibility of the User and Client to periodically review this page to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of our website, continued presence in our Discord server, or the placement of any new order after a revision has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where an amendment materially affects an order that is already in progress and has been paid for, the version of the Terms in effect at the moment that specific order was placed shall govern that order, unless the amendment is required by a change in applicable law, in which case the amended Terms apply immediately to all active and future orders.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Third-Party Infringement Claims
CraftConfig.Studio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. This Article describes how a third party (such as another developer, studio, or rights holder) may report a claim that a delivered menu design, base configuration, translation, or other work product infringes their rights, and how such a claim is handled.
A rights holder who believes that work delivered by CraftConfig.Studio infringes their intellectual property may submit a claim by opening an official ticket in our Discord server, clearly identifying: (a) the work allegedly infringed and evidence of ownership, (b) the specific CraftConfig.Studio deliverable or portfolio item at issue, and (c) a description of the alleged infringement.
Upon receiving a claim, CraftConfig.Studio will review it in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Portfolio material that is the subject of an unresolved claim may be temporarily taken down from public view while the review is completed, without this constituting an admission of infringement.
Where CraftConfig.Studio determines, or a competent authority establishes, that a claim is valid, we will remove or modify the affected material, cease the infringing use going forward, and, where legally required, take any further corrective action applicable to that specific case.
Where CraftConfig.Studio determines, in good faith and on a documented basis, that a claim is unfounded, mistaken, or made in bad faith, we will decline to act on it, notify the claimant of the basis for that decision, and retain the right to continue using, displaying, and delivering the disputed material, without prejudice to any remedy available under applicable law against a knowingly false claim.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Provider Identification
CraftConfig.Studio is operated by xUnknowns, with a registered address at Sanchez 15. This information is provided so that Clients and any competent authority can correctly identify the party responsible for the services described in this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Client's own country of residence that cannot be displaced by agreement under that country's law.
Before resorting to any judicial or external dispute-resolution mechanism, the parties agree to first attempt a good-faith resolution through an official CraftConfig.Studio support ticket, as described throughout this Agreement. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant the Client a right to bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction, any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
